Suffolk, Ringshall

11c -12c Church of St. Catherine - continuous nave and chancel with 14c and 16c roofs. .The chancel hammerbeam roof has the initials of its donor Richard Borsall

In 16c when the walls were spreading outwards the roof beams were secured with needles through the external walls. Butressed in red brick in 18c and early 19c brick. The 12c tower remodelled in early 14c with added 19c gault brick parapet. South porch rebuilt late 19c in 14c style

All restored in 1878 with new fittings by Richard Phipson .
