Cordycep sinensis is a type of fungus native to the Himalayan Mountains. Native to Tibet, Nepal, and Northern India regions their natural habitat is at high altitudes typically between 10,000ft and 14,000ft. While, there are hundreds of different species of cordyceps the most potent and sought after species is Sinensis. It has been traditionally used in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine for centuries dating back almost 1,500 years and is currently classified as an herbal Adaptogen. Rhodiola rosea also known as Golden Root, Roseroot and Aaron's Rod is a wild flower with a natural habitat in cold regions and high altitudes typically around 7,500ft. The areas where it can be found naturally are; Arctic, mountains of Central Asia, Rocky Mountains, Scandinavia, Iceland, and Europe particularly the Alps and Pyrenees. Dosage
