Mitchell Ross, 8, of Fairfield twp. emerged from the top of s S.W.A.T team armored car giving the V for victory sign, hundreds of people came to Centre Pointe Drive near The Square at Union Centre where West Chester was hosting its third Touch A Truck event, there was nearly 100 vehicles of all types , including fire trucks, police SWAT vehicles, helicopters, military vehicles, street sweepers, snow plows and more.
