The mysterious thing inside !

Here is the pin inside my arm/shoulder. It is 17 cm long (6.5").My humerus is calcified now. Everything should be alright, but it isn't :( I have the "frozen shoulder" syndrome. It's very painful, night and day. After 2 months of physiotherapy, I need 4 more :(
