IANR 3806 Northbound Jordan Spreader South of Dunkerton IA MP334

The Iowa Northern went out for the 3rd time this week with their new Jordan Spreader. The 1st 2 times they did the Manly Sub around Nora Springs. Today's agenda was the Oelwein Sub from Dewar to Oelwein. They went to work at 4am at Bryant Yard in Waterloo and worked out to Oelwein by 2pm. Pushing drifts back on 19 miles of railroad helps track inspections, improves train movements, and has the railroad set up better for the next snow storm. The 1st decent drift north of Dewar was here near MP 334, about 3 miles south of Dunkerton. The morning winter light looks good on the Iowa Northern's newest operations!
