Water Hyssop or Herb of Grace - Bacopa monnieri
Technically not photographed at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park but at an adjoining gas station right next to the entrance.
It appears according to some sources it appears to be native but it is also found widely in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
