Comming Home to the Upper House
InLight Richmond is a once a year public display of art featuring art based on light. This year did not seem as well presented as previous years. Also my impression could be skewed due to arriving after the light parade had taken place. The cold weather drove most of the performers home before I arrived. Also a few installations were damaged before I could see them operating.
