Debrah Gorgona is a beautiful psychiatrist who recently moved to New Blok City. As if her dark red hair, stunning figure, and alluring accent aren’t enough, she possesses a much more sinister trait. She is able to make anyone she makes eye contact with become enamored with her. She slowly discovered this ability and carefully tested it before being able to control it. Her initial test subjects were wealthy clients, who she convinced to drain their bank accounts. Debrah’s powers didn’t stop there however. Her touch can paralyze any living thing. The effects of her powers seem to have a limit of a few hours after final contact. She is also able to manipulate her hair, controlling it like tentacles to attack and perform tasks. Her gaze and touch seem to be less powerful on females, and has no effect on children. It is unknown how she acquired her abilities. Her ambitions brought her to New Blok, where she was dubbed Sedusa to fit in with the other enhanced beings within the city. She has kept a low profile during her short time in New Blok, but it’s only a matter of time until she turns her gaze toward a bigger prize.
