Rotator cuff is messed up so I warmed it up for about 10 minutes before my workout. Did lighter weights with more reps to be careful and got a huge pump in! Hopefully it heals up before my next chest day! #fitspo #fitfam #ruaware #shoulders #chest #pecs #
