Nursing Mother

This is in the Buenos Aires Necropolis. An amazing place for early 20th century sculpture on a rather dark theme. I presume that either the grieving widow or the deceased woman had recently given birth. (Or was it just whim of the sculptor) I can't tell, I can't read Portuguese.
