Douglas Aircraft Co. DC-9-10 (according to the link below), painted TWA on tail. Douglas Co. (European Office) image purchased on ebay from a seller in the UK 4 years ago or so. 4x5 transparency. Epson V750 Scan.

According to comments in the above link(s) it was delivered to TWA 3/25/66, thence to a Texas-based airline in 1977.
