ATMs that work!

Most of the ATMs here in Japan do not accept foreign cards. Adding to that, about half the ones that claim to take foreign cards do not work with mine. Citibank has about the only ATMs that work and have decent hours (Japan does not believe in ATMs after 5PM), but they're pretty rare.
