Prune C develop test (not-fixed)

Developed in prune juice, vitamin C and soda. Details are as follows to 500ml volume:

500ml prune juice (made from mashed prunes in boiled water)

10g vitamin C

20g washing soda

Develop time 30 min

Temperature 32-33 deg C
