It's been a while since I've taken a food photo yayayay :D

The smoothie I had about 10 mins ago was made with:

a handful of spinach

1 banana

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

1 spoon of peanut butter

a tiny bit of cinnamon + chia seeds + pumpkin seeds + buckinis

 

You guys should def make this it was sosoosos goood mmmm! And really filling. Because of all the protein from the nuts/seeds :D
