Debbie A. says: Made up mainly of quiet colors of the ocean in blues and greens, the quilt is punctuated by pops of red. The reds and the striped rectangles appear to be appliqued to the background, adding a nice textural effect. I like the simple quilting of the background, which in itself must have a nice feel.
