Nanocomputer being repaired
Here is my SGS NanoComputer, recently bought off ebay. Despite the seller assuring me that it was working perfectly, it was DOA. A tantalum capacitor was shorting out the -12V/-5V rails, the IDC connector to the keypad/display was disintegrating (shedding bits of gold contacts all over the place), and there was a fault in a drive transistor in the keypad/display. All these problems have now been fixed, although I need to fit a better IDC connector when it arrives (I have currently bodged on an old one).
