July 21 - When it's been a hectic week I'm always thankful to fall back on "Flower Friday"...

July 27 - Thankful to catch some of the pros practicing for the U.S. Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach. Sadly the waves were so small I could have surfed on them...well maybe not.
July 28 - My garden has had to take a back seat lately. I'm thankful that the high summer temperatures have held off a bit so things aren't too parched.

A smokey sunset here in the Northwest. We're thankful the skies are beginning to clear.
September 12 - New day. New scenery. I'm always thankful to see corners of the United States that I've never seen before.
September 13 - A day spent driving through miles and miles of wheat fields. I'm thankful for the folks that have made it their life's work caring for this land and preserving the history that goes with it.
September 14 - More exploring today down the country roads of The Palouse. I'm thankful for the creativity of others. This fence, made up of over 1000 wheels welded together to form the fence around this barn...now that's creative!
September 15 - "Farm livin' is the life for me"...I would like to hug these people for making their properties so photogenic! I can hardly wait to get home and work on my images.
September 16 - There's more than just old barns in The Palouse...I'm always thankful to witness God's majestic handiwork.

September 29 - Since there were no planked paths along my way yesterday, I went back and used a photo from a few weeks ago when I was in Northern Idaho. I'm always thankful for a chance to photograph the view of Sam's Pond...
September 30 - When I see a Swallowtail Butterfly I'm always thankful for the chance to stop and watch them. I love the shape and colors of their wings.
October 1 - So thankful that October has finally arrived...it's my favorite!

October 15 - Today's prompt is Foliage/Explore. Since fall color is still sparse in our area, and I have a perfect image from last weekend in the Sierras, I'm going with that...I'm thankful for friends that enjoy hunting down good images just like I do.
October 16 - Feeling Abstract today...actually very distracted dealing with electrical issues. I will welcome the electric company with open arms in the morning as they dig up the sidewalk and repair THEIR equipment--I'm thankful it's not OUR equipment.
October 17 - It's been a busy day, but I'm thankful for full power once again.
