March 10 - Today I went to one of my very favorite places; Descanso Gardens. I'm so thankful to have beautiful gardens like this.

April 2 - Today it was back to Descanso Gardens with the South County Photo Club. This was some type of exotic flowering cherry tree. If you ask me they should have named it The Cotton Candy Tree...

June 2 - Give it four months and we'll have Apple Pie...thankfully
June 4 - I'm always thankful when I discover something I've never seen before. This was some type of climbing floribunda rose that bloomed in huge clusters...Anyone recognize this??
June 7 - Because sometimes, 'Simple is better'...and I'm thankful.
June 10 - Celebrating Lavender season!! So thankful for the fragrance of these little purple flowers...
March 9 - No sweet treats for me today (shocker I know)...but I was thankful for the treat of spending the day at Descanso Gardens to kick off the garden season.
April 6 - This is not on my patio. In fact I had to drive an hour and a half today to find a Dogwood tree in Southern California...but it was worth it.

March 12 - Today is Plant A Flower Day. Because all the planted flowers in my yard are now brown sticks that my neighbors assure me will grow again once spring arrives, my photo today is from my trip to Descanso Gardens last week.
March 21 - We did a drive by yesterday to check on our local apple and cherry blossoms, and I'm going to have to be patient a while longer. Glad I got to soak in some of the beauty in Southern California...
