August 15 - Monarch

My daughter and I have enjoyed watching the Monarch Butterflies this summer. I've been photographing and she's been researching. We finally caught this one actually emerging from it's chrysalis this morning. We have been amazed at how few of these actually make it from caterpillar to healthy butterfly.
