Lai da Palpuogna
It's no secret that this is a very popular spot for photographers. I have seen a lot of amazing photos of this lake, so my expectations were rather high. Some of them were met - the lake is beautiful - and some of them weren't. From my point of view the lake is a victim of its own success. The noise from the construction site on the mountain road will soon be history, but all the man-made "improvements" around the lake will stay.
To make a long story short, this is ideal for an easy little stroll around a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. It's hard to ask for more when so little effort is involved, but it isn't our kind of hike.
