' They sure hung us out to dry '

In Greece, I think, this is a delicatesse. For me it was the first time I saw them 'hung out to dry' at some local restaurants. It was a weird sight. Especially because we are divers and we always love to encounter these highly intelligent and colourful creatures under water (and still alive).
