Nik Silver Efex 6 Adox Silverman 21 Film Simulation. Processed through: Dfine > Presharpner and then back to Lightroom Classic for exposure adjustments (lifted the showdows).
When doing landscapes I've always found this simulation to be too heavy on the blue sensitivity with the skies washing out as overexposed (clipped beyond recovery). But, for lights on water at night it seems pretty good. I lost the definition of the moon, but reducing the exposure enough to get detail in the moon clipped the blacks beyond recovery.
