Monarch Butterfly Bangle

Polymer clay, cane work over an extruded scrap clay armature, sanded and buffed.

my first project of 2013! i had been wanting to try Donna Kato's butterfly cane for a while, finally got there :)

i think i needed to make the black and white areas bigger, maybe make the bangle deeper, but i like the concept of this :)
