This delicious and nutritious loaf was made with the original grain grown thousands of years ago at the dawn of civilization... it is called 'Emmer wheat,' and this loaf was baked from organically grown yields, the precious grain freshly ground on our precision crafted home grinder, gently but thoroughly sour-doughed over a long time then well-risen, it is baked on high for just over an hour, its iconic fragrance wafting through the country kitchen promising utter satiation... just one slice is a sensation that sticks to your ribs for many hours... and here it is set to cool in the garden with some muffins... all soon to be enjoyed with a heart of thankfulness ... ! :)
