Today (Friday 27th Jan ’12) more than 50 community representatives turned out for 3rd informative and entertaining annual seminar from ED’s Cycle Co-op, with presentations from key stakeholders including:
•Nursery School workers;
•Primary Head Teachers and pupils;
•Secondary students;
•Co-operative members;
•And even an award ceremony for our latest Velotech Cycle Mechanic.
There were also elected members of all political hue representing Westminster, Holyrood and across East Dunbartonshire.
We were also pleased to have representations from the principal active travel organisations:
•Cycle Scotland
•Cycle Touring Club
•Sustrans
