Tonight we had some friends over, and I tested out one of my Christmas presents. I made my first ever bellini. If you've never had a slushy bellini, please go to the Cactus Club restaurant in BC, Canada (not sure where else they have these restaurants) and have one of these tasty treats. We made these with frozen peaches, and WOW they were amazing!
