A Home on the Banks of the Arroyo
ID#: 00000
TITLE: A Home on the Banks of the Arroyo
DATE:2009
NOTES: In 1903, the Hunt family moved to Pasadena, California hoping that the weather would improve Harriett’s delicate health. Here, he designed their home where it stands today at 200 North Grand Avenue. Quite unlike any of his other architecture it was designed in the Craftsman style, perhaps a deliberate attempt to recreate the feeling of their Chicago residence.
