Confrontation. Sand Lizard and Wall Lizard.

Photographed in Dorset. Dispute between a native Sand Lizard (Lacerta agilis) and an introduced species Wall Lizard (Podarcis muralis). Confrontation was over a favoured basking spot, an argument eventually won by the Wall Lizard.
