Grandfather's Elgin Watch
Belonged to my grandfather (I'm 77 now). Somewhere in its passage from family member to family member it lost the minute and second hands, as well as the winding stem and the front cover. The case is gold. I tried to get this fixed but never found a watch maker who could do it. So, it reposes quietly in a drawer to be passed on to one of my sons.
