Paeonia officinalis 'Alba Plena' (Origin before 1907, but could date back to the 17th century) is probably a peregrina x officinalis hybrid cultivar A very old cultivar also known as 'The White Memorial Day Peony'. The only sure thing you can say about this peony is that it's white and looks good in the garden.
Probably not true to name. Tpp tall. Has sidebuds. Blooms late.
