'Blue Carpet’ is a prostrate form that grows to only 12" tall but spreads to 4-5' wide. It is a mutation of Juniperus squamata 'Meyeri'. It is noted for its attractive attractive silver-blue foliage (blue green in winter), carpet-like habit and scaly brown bark.
