Introduced by Swan Island in 2008. 6-8” deep velvet red petals that slightly ruffle. No awards listed by ADS as of 2014. My guess is that this dahlia is not a dahlia show favorite. However, it is a knockout in the garden. First planted 2011. Strong stems. Large tubers.
