Cleavers - Galium aparine...
I first found this wonderful natural setting last spring and, over the following months, managed to secure some nice shots of the Cleavers which were growing there. I have made a few visits to my "find" again this year, hoping that they would show again, my luck was in. The fragile little seedlings contrast so beautifully in colour, texture and in form with the weathered and decaying wood. Irresistible, and probably not for the last time this season either.
