The 13023/13024 (HWH=GAYA) Express is an overnight running train that covers a distance of 653 kms between Howrah (HWH) station and Gaya (GAYA) station . The UP train leaves Howrah (HWH) station at 19:50 hours and reach Gaya (GAYA) at 10:55 hours on the next day covering the distance in 15 hours and 05 minutes . Its DOWN counterpart leaves Gaya (GAYA) at 12:10 hours and reach Howrah (HWH) station at 03:40 hours on the next day covering the distance in 15 hours and 30 minutes . The rake is maintained by ER zone at HWH coaching base . It gets Howrah (HWH) based WDM-2 or WDM-3A locomotive end to end on regular basis . It is a very rarely captured train .
