Briones day's end

Briones has a wonderful trail that walks back and forth to either side of its waterway, which ends in a small waterfall.

On the back you may opt to take the wide access road, passing by some slightly indignant cows, and as you make the last turn back to the parking lot, you are greeting by the setting sun.
