Dinner With $2.50 Chuck

This is a modified version of a Chicken Cordon Bleu casserole recipe that I found on the internet.

 

No, it was not low calorie.

Yes, it was damn delicious.

 

I ate alone tonight, so with my meal I splurged and opened a bottle of $2.50 Cabernet from Trader Joe's.
