Scamp Closet fastener

The rivet worked loose and leaked during a pull home during heavy rain. It will have to be drilled out and replaced. I will replace it with a bolt/locknut combo. I will NOT install a "snap cap" on top of the Scamp as it cannot be seen anyway.
