Ventilated Privacy Fence
The Sandhills region is quite humid so although folks want privacy, they also need good air circulation. Most fences are built with slats alternating between sides of the upright posts. Many have slats that are vertical, but I like this one that uses a horizontal pattern. Notice also that many plants are evergreen - conifers, holly trees, magnolias and even azaleas and privets. HFF
