Group Hug

This indigenous Virginia live oak is documented back to 1825, and certainly is older than that to have warranted mention on deeds then. Local legend has it that this is the Liberty tree to which the Liberty Point Resolves to fight for independence from Great Britain were tacked on June 20, 1775.
