Cathedral Rock Double Rainbow
Ok....I know I've been shooting this icon a lot lately. I'm just getting the shots while the monsoons are cooperating! On this particular evening, I was shooting reflection scenes in the pool pictured when a fast moving (and well timed) storm came at me from behind Cathedral Rock right before sunset. The wicked cool sky was amazing to witness. Unfortunately, the gusty winds out ahead of the storm wiped out any reflection opportunities. Can't have everything, I guess! It wasn't long after this shot was taken that the lightning had me running for cover.
