Poppin' Fresh
It's been an early wildflower season in Arizona this year. The Bartlett Lake area (northeast of Phoenix) is already on the tail end of the mexican poppy bloom. A winter storm that dropped snow all the way down to lake level a week ago has taken its toll on them. However, I did find this relatively healthy grouping the other day.
