The cut includes more than 50 appropriate & decorated whimsies, and looks similar to other laser-cut jigsaws manufactured by Wood Craft in Poland. It is 2-sided - the rear has a pattern which obscures the cut and the MDF board, but it wouldn't be sensible to make the jigsaw with the backing uppermost.
