Genest Le Colimacon Two Jigsaws of LU Petit Beurre Biscuits 197pc & 77pc 5
Genest's display & sales table contained a small jigsaw of a little girl which was an advert for Lefevre Utile biscuits. Back in 2018 he cut two jigsaws of LU Petit Beurre Nantes biscuits. On had large pieces which Genest said was 'suitable for a greedy child!'.
Left Column & Lower Left: Genest Le Colimacon 197pc Biscuits Petit Beurre LU Nantes, 3mm poplar, 25x20.5cm. The jigsaw (or possibly jigsaws cut together in a stack) appeared both on ebay and etsy in Mar18. A duckling whimsy is given an eye by the biscuit prick-marks and another highlights the top of Genest's snails antenna.
