Looking at a previous photo allowed me to realise that this isn't a shaped jigsaw, but a quarter section of a larger jigsaw. It works as it is though. Unfortunately I didn't record the box (if there was one) or any details about it.
"This push-fit jigsaw has been bagged in four sections. This one was assembled and shows a delightful beach scene with two young children looking at a starfish. I wonder what the other sections hold? " - see below in comments. (The jigsaw was completed at the 2020 House Party).
