The Sept 2019 meeting of the BCD (British jigsaw enthusiast society) was held at Alton in Hampshire. The theme for the Show & Tell was Birds.
A welcome return to BCD meeting of an Eric Bond jigsaw cut for the British Jigsaw Library. Dunlins and shells on the beach proved an extremely difficult image - several members including Chairman David and Pete had attempted it to little avail when I last photographed it in Feb 2017. Emma, our champion enthusiast, finished it eventually, describing in a 'push-fit hell' in her blog. I remember her mutterings about push-fits at the time, but thankfully it didn't put her off permanently!
I think it might be framed rather than dismantled.
