Terry Walters, who makes puzzles under the name of Grandpa TJ, put on a display of layered jigsaws, including one which was in progress to show how he does it. Terry, Heather and Simon all use slightly different methods to produce their 3D-enhanced layered jigsaws.
This jigsaw is based on an 1894 advertising poster for Pullman dining cars on the Cincinnati Hamilton & Dayton RR. Through the window you can see the Mosler Safe Works, Hamilton, Ohio, which is busy preparing safes for delivery at the background. The print he's used this time has swapped the two text panels around compared to the one I saw at the 2015 House Party. It also uses different distributions of push-fit and interlocking pieces.
