Winter around the Forest of Bowland amid the misty moors and rolling fells in this area of outstanding natural beauty ...... this view is on the way down into the village of Newton and how pretty does it look all covered in snow. Newton, Slaidburn, Whitewell, and Dunsop Bridge are picturesque villages that have hardly changed over the last 100 years and what a delight it is to walk through them taking you back in time.
