Monsieur Ge-Rouge

He takes his name from the Voodoo culture he steeps himself in - "Ge-Rouge" literally means Red Eye, and represents a horrific and violent magic. He joined Cobra, because in them he saw strength and the will to seek more. He has become the chief officer of arcanum in the ranks, and travels the world looking for mystic legends and artifacts to add whatever power they may have to Cobra. His loyal shock troops, though few, are faithful to him and his mission of evil.
