About midday, I realize that it's time to begin considering something for today's 366 project. I gather the iphone, a coffee cup, and a fern leaf and dart toward the light flowing through the kitchen window. I move things around a few times and still don't have something that feels soulful to me. Then my friend, Lucio, walks in to ask a question. And this is how it happens. Doors open, and options reveal in the moments when you most need them.

 

All of this brings us here, an image of his hands. He is such a kind person, and he didn't even think twice about accepting my unusual request. Then again, most folks know if they stop by the house, it's likely they'll be in a photograph, smiling.
