I know what it is
so that's all I tend to see
you probably don't know what it is,
so you are free to see
whatever your imagination will allow
To really unleash my creativity, I need to set aside all preconceived ideas - things I know or think I know. I need to learn how to see . . . .
lines
tones
colors
shapes
textures
patterns
I need to learn how to use . . . .
composition
s p a c e
focus
light
time
But most of all, I need to learn to trust and follow my heart, imagination, intuition and creativity. Not be afraid to be spontaneous and go with the flow.
This is not likely to make the explore pages … I couldn't care less! Many won't even care for it! But if just ONE person explores it with their imagination … if they "get" my point and use that to go out and do something new and creative, then I have succeeded.
Now what to call it? I thought about:
"Challenged"
"What do you see?"
"Making connections"
I even thought about using a form of the phrase that ran though most people's minds when they first clicked on this:
"What the ____ is he up to now?"
Have a wonder-filled and creative day / evening!
